Description
his Kartboy Short Shifter replaces the stock shift lever in 2002-2007 Subaru WRX and the 2000-2004 Subaru Legacy. Overall shift throw is decreased by 40%, providing a noticeable difference and a solid feel. The Shift knob height will also drop 1″ as well. Constructed of CNC’d and TIG welded 4130 Cr-Mo steel. It will install with simple mechanic’s tools in under 30 minutes.

WRX Owners, please make sure this is the correct shifter for you. This will fit in the 2002-2007 Subaru WRX with the factory shifter assembly only. If your car has the upgraded SPT/STI Short Shifter Package you will need to purchase the KB-001 part number. The easiest way to tell this is by pulling down your factory shift boot, and looking at the color of the lever. If it is gold zinc plated lever, then you have the STI option installed. If it is a dark gray, then it is the stock assembly.
